After lights go out and spending some time in complete darkness you will understand how it looks when the world of aromas and tastes is "opened". Your brain can no longer rely on the eyes so other senses are strenghthened as much as possible. This effect comes from the Stone Age when people needed to rely on their sense of smell and hearing to survive. You will not believe what can be found by your senses in wine when your brain switches to this "defense mode".

And do you know what is best? After a while guest are not affraid to put intersting and funny aromas out there to consider and so we will end up with a very pleasant and amusing evening combined with information about wine.
